About the course

Organic Chemistry is a branch of Chemistry that involves the element carbon and its compounds. It has various applications in the field of medicine, natural products, chemical biology and so on.

Usually, students fear to learn Organic Chemistry because of the huge structures, and many chemical reactions involved. But, Organic Chemistry has around 60% of weightage in IIT JEE, NEET and CBSE board exams.

In this course Dr. Evvie Chockalingam explains each lesson with great detail and with many examples which makes the concepts very easy and simple.

This course is mainly designed for students studying in CBSE/ICSE and preparing for JEE or NEET Examinations.

AhaGuru has given me the exposure to various types of problems. We always proceeded to other concepts only after solving a couple of problems in the previous concept. This helped me to solve tough problems and overall, I had a very nice learning experience which boosted my confidence in Organic Chemistry.
